Content Upload Policy

Introduction

Wisdom Light is a Gospel-focused digital streaming platform dedicated to sharing music, sermons, podcasts, devotionals, videos, and other Christ-centered content that inspires, teaches, and strengthens believers. This Content Upload Policy explains the standards and requirements for uploading content to the Wisdom Light platform.

Who May Upload Content

Only registered Creator or Artist accounts approved by Wisdom Light may upload content. Eligible creators include Gospel music artists, worship leaders, choirs, churches, pastors and ministers, Christian podcasters, Christian authors, Christian organizations, and Christian educators.

Content We Accept

Music

Singles, Albums, EPs, Instrumentals, Live worship recordings (where rights are cleared).

Audio Messages

Sermons, Bible studies, Teachings, Conferences, Prayer sessions.

Podcasts

Christian podcasts, Leadership podcasts, Family and marriage podcasts, Youth programs, Inspirational discussions.

Videos

Worship videos, Sermons, Christian documentaries, Testimonies, Educational Christian content.

Other Content

Audiobooks, Devotionals, Spoken-word recordings, Christian educational resources.

Content Ownership

You may only upload content if you created it, you own all rights to it, or you have written permission from the copyright owner. You must not upload content belonging to another person without authorization.

Technical Requirements

Audio

Preferred formats: WAV, FLAC, or high-quality MP3. Stereo audio. Clear, distortion-free recordings. Proper mastering with no excessive clipping.

Artwork

High-resolution square image. Minimum 3000 × 3000 pixels (recommended). JPEG or PNG. No blurred, stretched, or pixelated images.

Metadata Requirements

Creators must provide accurate metadata including content title, artist or ministry name, album title, genre, release date, language, contributors, composer, producer, copyright owner, ISRC (if available), and lyrics (optional, where rights permit). Providing false or misleading metadata may result in rejection or removal.

Content Review Process

All uploaded content may be reviewed before publication. Wisdom Light may approve content, request corrections, reject submissions, or delay publication while reviewing ownership or compliance issues.

Prohibited Content

Copyright violations, illegal content, fraudulent content, harmful content (malware/viruses), hate or violence, explicit sexual content, misleading content (false titles, deceptive artwork), spam, or duplicate releases without justification are not permitted.

Gospel-Centered Standards

Wisdom Light exists to glorify Jesus Christ and encourage spiritual growth. Content should reflect biblical values and contribute positively to listeners. Wisdom Light may decline content that conflicts with the platform's mission, even where it is otherwise lawful.

AI-Generated Content

Creators uploading AI-assisted content must ensure they possess all necessary rights, the content does not infringe another person's intellectual property, and AI-generated voices, artwork, or music are not used to impersonate individuals without permission.

Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, responding promptly to ownership inquiries, updating incorrect metadata, and ensuring uploaded files remain accurate and lawful.

Copyright Complaints

If Wisdom Light receives a copyright complaint regarding your content, we may temporarily disable access, request proof of ownership, remove the content, or suspend Creator privileges. Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

Content Removal

Creators may request removal of their own content. Wisdom Light may also remove content where rights cannot be verified, legal complaints are received, the content violates this Policy, or the Creator breaches the Terms of Service or Creator Agreement.

Enforcement

Failure to comply may result in warning, rejection of submitted content, removal of published content, temporary suspension, permanent termination of Creator privileges, or reporting unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.

Policy Updates

Wisdom Light may revise this Policy from time to time. Material updates will be communicated through the platform, website, or email where appropriate. Continued use of the Creator platform after updates take effect constitutes acceptance.
