MY FATHER HAS ABUNDANCE

Scripture Reading

Psalm 24:1

"The earth is the LORD'S, and the fullness thereof; the world and they that dwell therein."

Reflection

Devotional Thought: One of the most important things you must understand about God is that your Father has abundance. Everything belongs to God. The earth and everything in it are His. God is not limited by scarcity. His creation itself demonstrates His greatness and abundance. When you understand who your Father is, your mindset changes. You stop looking at your present situation as the final definition of your future. The Bible is God's will and contains the promises and principles that reveal our inheritance in Him. Therefore, when you see what God has provided, you can confidently say, “My Father is rich. My Father has everything.” But knowing that God has abundance does not mean we become passive. God's abundance must be accessed through faith, obedience, wisdom, diligence, and the application of biblical principles. REFLECTION What picture of God have I carried in my mind? Do I see Him as a Father of abundance, or have circumstances made me believe that God wants me to remain in lack? DECLARATION My Father owns the earth and its fullness. I am a child of the Most High God. I will not think like a person without a Father. I receive grace to walk in God's abundance, wisdom, favor, and provision. I will fulfill my destiny and live a life that glorifies God.

Prayer

Father, open my eyes to understand who You are and what You have made available to me. Deliver me from a poverty mentality and teach me to think according to Your Word. Give me wisdom to access and properly manage the resources You place in my hands. In Jesus' name, Amen.
