GOLDEN GATE QUARTET'S CLYDE WRIGHT PASSES AWAY AT 98.

The jubilee and gospel quartet singer, a member of one of gospel's most influential vocal groups, "Clyde Wright" died July 1st. His passing was confirmed alongside that of fellow gospel singer "Beau Williams", who died of Cancer in June 17 — two significant losses for the traditional gospel music community this summer.
